Charged for misunderstanding terms

T Mobile complaint by Cuh148
I made the big mistake of signing up for what I thought was a one-time 29.99 charge to use a T-mobile wireless service in an airport. Unfortunately I missed that this was a monthly charge for a year. When I called the company they were rude and charged me $100 to get out of a service I have only used once. I will never use or have any dealings with this company ever again. I asked the service manager if I was the only one who ever misunderstood the terms and she admitted I was not, but they would hold me to the terms unless I paid the $100 fee. I felt like I was being blackmailed.
